We're so lucky at the Royal New Zealand Ballet to have a health team that looks after the dancers health and wellbeing, including providing education about foods that can support health and performance! In the spirit of Macbeth coming to theatres soon, our Sports Dietician Becky led us through the importance of iron in the dancer's diet and made us some brilliant recipes and kai to try for ourselves.🍴🔗 🩸 MACBETH in association with Avis.
