If I were your coach, these are the four movements I would tell you to never skip on a leg day or at least be repeating one time a week every week!!!! To continue to see progression in the lifts, ad variations ( single leg, staggered leg, barbell, smith, etc), add plates to stand on for more range of motion, or volume with reps and continue to GROW 💪🏽 Someone who always had big quads, and smaller glutes.
