A driver police were chasing smashed into a London bus in Islington. Met Police officers, including a police helicopter, were giving chase after reports of an earlier knifepoint robbery in Whitechapel. It culminated in the driver colliding with a route 38 bus on City Road near Angel Tube station. The driver of the car, a man in his 30s, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of dangerous driving and robbery. | MyLondon
