Recipe (serves 2)- In a chopper add- 1 medium onion 8-10 cloves of garlic 2-3 green chillis Handful of coriander Once it's chopped finely, add this to a pan along with 2 tbsp mustard oil and cook till the raw smell disappears. Now add in 1/2 tsp haldi, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and some salt to taste. Cook it till the masala cooks well. Now add in 1 cup malai and 1/2 cup hung curd along with 200 grams of chopped paneer. Give it a quick mix and serve
