Warehouse Joint Filling with Polyurea On this project, we’re pumping flexible polyurea into concrete expansion joints using a polyurea joint filler pump. Backer rod is installed first, followed by an overfill technique to ensure complete joint coverage. Once cured, we walk the slab and shave the joints flush with a razor, prepping for the final step: polishing the concrete for a seamless, durable finish. This method keeps joints protected, prevents edge spalling, and gets the floor ready for lon
