The Greenbrier Ghost: In 1897, Zona Heaster Shue was found dead in her West Virginia home. Doctors called it natural causes. But her mother, Mary Jane, claimed Zona’s ghost appeared to her four nights in a row, saying her husband had broken her neck. Shockingly, an autopsy confirmed it, and Edward Shue was convicted.
