The consultation on the proposed changes to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) is due to close at 11.59 pm on Wednesday 4 December 2024. The changes include: - Removing the waiting period for SSP. - Removing the Lower Earnings Limit. This will support employees who do not have immediate access to sick pay.
