Landlord rant because this one tested my spirit 😭 Tenant moved in August on a Promise to Pay from the program. In September they sent August rent, September rent, AND the security deposit… but the deposit was wrong so I was still owed part of it. THEN…October rent plus the missing deposit got sent to the wrong bank account. So all of October I’m short. I had to shut up and smile while politely begging for my own coins because you can’t talk spicy to the folks you’re waiting to write your check.
