Voilà! Demi-ronds lying on the back—one of our foundational floor-barre exercises from the Pre-Ballet curriculum! This exercise focuses on developing the active turnout of the inner leg muscles while mastering demi-ronds with precision. Through relevé lent, lifting the leg to 90°, and practicing demi-rond en dedans, young dancers build essential strength, alignment, and technique right from the start.
