Her lace frock was designed by Edith Head and was inspired by the white lace coat dress Hepburn wore in Roman Holiday (another all-time personal favorite design). I used our Sabrina Bodice (from Patreon) in lace and the Lamour Dress bodice underneath in silk taffeta, plus our free Charm Circle Skirt pattern.
